“Los Verbos Español y Marquesinas del Americano”
A suite of eight multi-color lithographs based upon issues of consumption and it’s affects on a county’s environment and ideals. Specifically the prints deal with American culture and the affect consumerism has on a city’s unique market places. The suite confronts capitalist trends of cultural generalization by comparing individual cityscapes with specific Spanish texts and images.
